Enema Recipes

Enemas can be a pleasurable experience, if done right. Many people world wide use them on a regular basis to clean out their rectum as well as for erotic purposes.

There are several different liquid solutions you can use in an enema, with varying results for each. If you are a beginner, you may not be familiar with many of these. Sometimes even people who are experienced in giving pleasurable enemas are looking for new recipes. But remember to be careful, everyone is different, and some recipes can give you colonic irritation.

Here are a few recipes to get you started.

  1. Castile soap can be used to make a solution that will help clean out the colon. 1 packet of Castile soap can be combined with 2 quarts of water, and then heated up to 102 degrees Fahrenheit. It's a good idea to use a water solution afterwards to prevent irritation.
  2. Coffee enemas can be used to clean out the colon as well. Some people believe that the coffee helps the liver and large intestine get rid of the toxic build ups that occur. It is unclear whether this is true or not, but it is still widely used outside the U.S. To make it, you use one tablespoon of pre-used coffee grounds per quart of water. Be sure to shake the solution up before using.
  3. Wine or beer enemas are widely used for giving pleasurable enemas. Part of the reason for this, is that you can get drunk very quickly. Alcohol is absorbed very quickly through the large intestine, and it's never a good idea to use hard alcohol or too much wine or beer. If you use hard liquor, there is a chance that you can die. Be very careful when using an alcoholic enema recipe. It's also a good idea to heat the solution up a bit.
  4. By adding two tablespoons of Epsom salts to 2 quarts of water, you can make an Epsom salts solution, which will have a laxative effect on you. It is a good idea to heat up the solution to 102 degrees Fahrenheit, as explained above.

These are just a few enema recipes that can be used. There are several more, and people are experimenting all the time to find more. This doesn't mean you should experiment. Goofing around with your intestines and colon area is not a good idea if you don't know what you're doing.
